Kevin Rivas was very helpful and informative, he successfully help me meet my needs in opening a checking account and informing me more about auto loan that the bank offers.

It a good customer service, I understand sometimes people want things to be instant, they have to be humble and try to live with love one each other, it's really sad to hear some people be mean with others!

When you need a service, they are so slow. They need more people to assist.

Extremelyyyyyyyy slow! Here on a 30 min lunch break and still have not been seen. For a bank trying to attract new customers, this is not the way to gain their interest. Time is of the essence and this is not the case with this branch. Again, Extremely slow, it’s going on an hour just to open an account. My frustration is clearly through this post. It’s a one in my book.

Horrible customer service. Will not work with the customer what so ever. They only think of lining their own pockets. Steer clear from this place.

Slow service and rude staff with ridiculous fees.

The manager, Estee Wells, is lazy and incompetent. He doesn't know how to do his job. Do not waste your time at this location, and try the Kingstowne location or a different branch, where they can get the job done.
