    I have never been treated more like a person than a number at an establishment before, let alone a bank. All of the staff have been extremely helpful in one way or another. But Sam has stood out the most with the purchase of my new vehicles. She made the process seamless and know what she is doing. When I had questions (and I had a lot) she stayed patient and answered my questions with a smile. It's hard to find good customer service these days, but Sam and her team are setting the standard in what customer service should be. Kudos to all of you, and thank you Sam!

    Banked with them for over 5 years. By far the worst bank. They change their terms without notifying you and charge multiple insufficient funds fees if an auto pay is attempted more than once. They used to pay my auto pays even if I didn't have the funds available. So a $33 overdraft fee is completely acceptable since they paid it. They just stopped covering them after years of always doing it without even notifying me. So for months I thought my trash bill was being paid. Come to find out that it wasn't and I was charged a $33 fee as well as a returned check fee from my trash service. So $66 a month in fees and trash bill was never paid. The app never had any info about the non payments. Why would I think differently when for years they were always covered. I never had financial issues till covid and they just took advantage during hard times. Years without issues and in one year they took $3000 in fees. Like I said, I would accept it if my account was overdrafting. It only went negative because they charged $33 every time they declined a transaction. That is the most b.s fee and should not even be allowed. If you opt out of over drafts they still charge for declining. They are the most cold hearted and unhelpful bank. I am currently working with an attorney because it is illegal to charge multiple non sufficient funds fees for the same transaction even if it is tried more than one time. I honestly cannot even explain how badly I feel about this bank and how they operate. They will gain as much as they possibly can from the ones that are barely getting by.

    Why not Wyatt? This guy, this branch, this team. Much like curry, I wish I would have known about having a real banker much earlier in life. Have you ever tried curry? No? I can tell, otherwise you would have been at the credit union by now getting set up. You have? So you understand then. Quit being a big bank sheep, make the jump.

    Hands down, our banker, Samantha Jolly, is the BEST!! She is kind and always responds to my requests in a timely manner! If you want to bank with someone you can trust, I recommend Anoka Hennepin Credit Union Forest Lake :)

    Sam Jolly went above and beyond on a Friday evening- working past her end of day, in order to help me secure a vehicle loan when I was having issues with a recent purchase. I don't know any banker who would stay past the end of their work day, much less on a Friday evening! Thank you Sam for going above and beyond!!

    Honestly the worst bank I have ever banked with. Credit union means nothing. The people are rude and they put bills through your account before applying deposits and then charge you. Isnt that illegal now? They say they don't do that but they do. Bills magically go through your account in the middle of the night but deposits don't. We have recently stopped depositing funds in this acct and they charged us an overdraft fee for a 5 dollar bill pay. We only had 2.75 to cover it. We have money in two savings but they won't transfer it to cover the bill pay?! They also have a 500 limit on their checking acct. You cannot spend more than 500 a day unless you call them. Guess what if it's the weekend? Worst customer service I have ever encountered.

    Will charge you exorbitant overdraft fees one after another and then lie on the phone that they can’t do anything about them. They literally hand out “oopsie” slips to get them forgiven when you sign up. If it ever happens again, like in the middle of a pandemic, they will just charge you over and over again for over drafting. They also have a $500 daily spending limit on money that is yours in the account. Interesting juxtaposition.

You are correct, we do provide a slip to new members to excuse an overdraft fee occurrence as a one-time courtesy. We acknowledge that even though members have the best of intentions, math errors or unexpected expenses do happen and may cause an overdraft to occur. Ultimately - members are responsible for ensuring they have sufficient funds to cover the transactions at the time they are authorized and because of this - we do not reverse overdraft fees for continued occurrences of insufficient funds that are not credit union error. To clarify, we have a daily POS and ATM withdrawal limit on our debit cards as one aspect of our fraud mitigation. Members have the ability to request those limits to be raised providing they have a consistent account balance to support the increase.
