Anne was assigned to be my lender in June 2020. We didnt close until Aug 2020, with multiple, hair pulling, annoying obstacles. Literally from one issue to another. I am in 760s, with a government guarantee, with 0 debt, and we were still getting issues that were out of our control. She helped me secure and clear to close on my loan. Most lenders, after they are done with your loan, they move on to the next customer. Here we are, 3 months later, after we closed. I am having issues with my escrow account and she is still on it, as if, we are still under contract. I pushed it to the side from the initial date that I reached out to her, and days later, when I didnt put any focus on it, I received a email that she has been running around trying to resolve the issue for me. If she is not, which I doubt, best lender out there, I dont know who is. If you want to be taken care of, get Anne Elizabeth Matthew do to your loan.
