I cannot say enough good things about Anna. She is helping us with our loan currently and it's a tricky one, to say the least. Retiring from the Military, moving from a different state, building a new house, with the old house sale contingent on the close of new house- and in addition, I am changing careers in the middle of this as well. She has answered all of my questions, even at odd hours of the day/night and she has been so responsive and helpful with my uneasiness of all the balls in the air. She is knowledgeable, caring, responsive and an overall pleasant person to work with. Anyone who works with Anna, I am sure can attest to the wonderful qualities she has personally and professionally.

I've worked with Anna and her team several times personally and have referred countless friends to her. EVERYONE comes back a raving fan. She is thorough and will tell you if she is not the best person to do help you. That kind of trust hard to find. If there were a sixth star we would give it to her.

I found Anna to be incredibly pushy, rude and unhelpful, all while explaining how amazing she is and how terrible all other lenders / brokers are! The very definition of what you would expect from an inexperienced sales person desperate to make sales. Having dealt with many lenders, I can say hands down I have never had a BAD experience until Anna. Some are better than others, sure, but this was almost like I was being pranked.

Anna and Beky helped us purchase our first home in 2018. They are a great team that works together and communicates every step of the way to you. It was very convenient to upload docs to their app by just taking a picture with our phones. No need to scan or fax documents anymore! Fast forward a year later, Anna reached out to us to let us know interest rates had dropped and we might be in a position to save some money. We explored our options and pulled the trigger. Last week Anna met us at the title company to sign the documents to close on our refi. Thanks for saving us money ladies! And thank you for getting us into our first home that we are still so much in love with!
