    I didn’t feel welcome at all! First time there, the guy was rude, asked for my Id, I didn’t have it and I have to go back to my car to get it, I used Western Union at Publix for many years! When I came back he was helping another customer, I told him I used Western Union for many years, I’m in the system and he gave me a form with a lot of questions, including my social security, (entire number).. I told him I don’t want to share this info.. he told me go to Publix! I thought he is going to help me .. he didn’t care! I don’t recommend this place to no one! Bad customer service! Really.. bad experience! Publix did great!!

    Usually I am big on customer service however I do hate waiting, so going to this store they are fast to help you and they are kind while doing it if you go in when it’s not super busy you will see they do have great customer service as well!!!!

    Extremely rude. I go here to get money orders but this time I had to sign a paper which is something I didn’t typically do. I simply asked what I am signing and no one could tell me. I asked another lady and she act like she didn’t hear me no matter how loud as ask. All was trying to do was make sure I’m not signing up for something I didn’t want because it asked for you personally information.

    I will never go back to this place, this I swear; Deandre is the representative who had to help me, but he was rushing to help someone else. He called me at the same time he called the next customer because he knew that he would've leave me to go help the other customer. He was so in a rush that he was trying to make me feel that I was not ready just to go to the next customer he had stand at the next window. The next customer didn't even come in with a check & stated that he would take care of that. Their customer service goes to who they want to give it to. He didn't even let me know that he was going to help the next customer, he was so unprofessional, & just went straight to her without even trying to prove me that he wanted to help me as well. He was trying so hard so that another person wouldn't take her before he had the chance to do so. He only called me to not make it obvious when he called next while he was looking at the lady, but when I looked at him he called me, but made the lady go stand at the next window. In mind he knew that he would do anything possible to take her first. Customer service is taking care of one customer at the time & it's suppose to be, "First come, first serve."

    This black girl bob shoulder length hair gave me so much run around for a simple $300 check if there is problem just give it back. Stop wasting people’s time if there is an issue. Super horrible service. She continued to help other people and would not focus on me. Worst customer service.

    The worst money store I've ever been to! Customer service sucks, they try to move the lines by sending you to an empty window (not sure if it's due to surveillance or not) but when you do get help at a window the person is handling you and 2-3 other people at the same time. Not efficient service! I can seriously say this place is a prime example of "you get what you pay for". They're money orders are free for a reason but we all know, nothing in life is free. If it exceeds $1000 you must sign a few forms as if your applying for a darn job. Had a reimbursement on a $100 money order because I ended up not having to use it and they charged $3 to return my funds! So instead of the full $100 I paid for my so called "free" money order, I was eventually nailed with a $3 fee and only given $97 back. They suck! Rather stand in a long line full of disheveled suspicious people and crying babies at a local check cashing store than to deal with the crap at Amscot. They are not okay with me!

    So upset. I drove far from home because I needed to notarize some documents, I called to make sure they do this service, and when I got there the guy told me that since my documents were for a car insurance they needed to verify the Car BIN number, and they can not go outside. Waste of time, I wonder why they offer a service they can not do. Not even a try or an alternative to solve my problem. Just “NO” we can no do that, go solve your problem anywhere else.

    Listen up unrealistic reviewers here! If you want great service, walk into your local bank. If you need a check cashed ASAP, even in the middle of the night, go to Amscot. You will wait while they verify you and your check but you will get your money. Be polite and patient and you will get out faster because if you think giving lip is gonna speed things up, be real. Appreciate the fact that this place exists and people are actually willing to work there and help you.

    The customer service in this location is just awful🤮. I was given information about the payday advance and when I came to the store it was a totally different story. And the representative I spoke to was the same one I spoke to before and she acted extremely nonchalant towards the situation... I’m highly upset because had I known this was going to happen I would of done things differently with my finances. I also spoke to the manager and the service with her was even worse 💔 Not to mention this was my second visit today and there was a loooooonnggg line there this morning and the representatives did nothing to try Nd speed up the process ... they’re very unorganized.
