Ms.Denise provided excellent service at the bank yesterday. While helping me with my transactions, I found her to be very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with me during the entire process. Ms. Denise was well dressed, very professional, and greeted me with a warm personable smile. I had some questions about my account and she took the time to answer each and every one. She has helped me on past occasions with my transactions without any hesitations. I truly appreciate Tropical Financial Credit Union for having employed such a wonderful, helpful, knowledgeable, patient, professional, person as Ms.Denise.
