Milly is the worst in customer service she is rude aggressive and without education they should have classes for customer service they will continue to lose customers because of these ignorant and uneducated people!!!

The service is really very bad, the girls are very rude, they speak rude, they treat you like you are a nuisance. I asked a person to speak Spanish and then she began to speak to me in English without being able to understand anything, I told her to please speak to me in Spanish and she kept asking questions in English when she speaks Spanish perfectly. I will never return to that place.

Rude female manager. I asked for my 60 day grace period on my loan since I couldn't pay it back at the time, which is allowed by FL law. I was told that I had to come in and tell them that before my loan was due which is not listed in the law at all. She then went on to tell me that I should handle my finances better to come in before my due date, very professional. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Terrible customer service. Was there today to get a money order which they advertise free money orders. Was told by female manager Tom that because I have a work shirt on that is for a company they will not give me a money order. I told her that it wasn't for work it was for personal use to pay a bill. She asked me what it will be used for ? (None of her business.) Explain to her that it had nothing to do with work related. She did not care. I will never step foot in another amscot again. If this goes to corporate do yourself a favor and get rid of her she is not good for your company. Very rude and unprofessional

Went there last night, needed to get Notary service for a name on the title(was buying a car,we got mistake in a title, dmv asked to go with a seller to a notary to verify a name). Young Spanish lady said they couldn’t do it because they can’t leave the building to verify the car vin,mileage and etc. I’ve tried to explain to her two times that I don’t need her to verify the car, the notary is just for the name. She didn’t even want to look at it to see what I’m trying to tell her. She had 0 common sense whatsoever. I ended up going to Amscot right next to this one, on John Young, where lady understood my request, did a notary of a name,noted that it was just for the name, that it, all I needed

It's always a very pleasant experience there for me. I'm always treated with respect and I love going there. Rather than going to my bank, I go to Amscot and it's within walking distance for me so that's very convenient.

There is one lady her name is tom or pam something like that i’m no sure how to spell it, i just want to thanks the excellent costumer services that she have, i feel so glad when i got there and she helps me with everything she will be big in the future 🎉

Horrible service waited about 20 minutes while they attended everyone else who came after me. They all had nasty attitudes jut go to the John young location

Bad attention;we where talking to on of the employee when she just started talking to the other employees.

They're rude, unwilling to help much. I hate this amscot. Especially its staff!!!
