Very bad experience in this place they practically treated me like a criminal I have been using their service for many years but this specific place is fatal I will not return again

The worst experience in an amscot neither the supervisor nor the other gentleman are competent in addition to being stubborn

amscot 9620 coral way miami went to receive a western union money transfer and apart from being asked for the usual identification and transaction id i filled out the proper form then i was asked many personal questions that i felt where irrelevant to the transaction and even intrusive like what was the money for? i felt i did not have to respond i will never go back to Amscot. Amscot de coral way and 97 ave miami went to receive a western union transfer and fill out the appropriate western union form with all the required information apart from that they asked me many questions about me and the person who sent that they have nothing to do with the transaction what was the money for? and much more absurd questions
