Poorly managed branch. This branch has gone down hill. I am also surprised to see such a poor dress code by employees including the branch service manager who was not in appropriate business attire. I might be part of the older generation but I do believe employees should dress appropriately.

(SLO has just recently opened, so we hope it hasn't gone down hill already!). We do encourage "Jeans Fridays" for our staff - where they are allowed to wear jeans with logo attire. We find that it fosters a sense of community and boosts morale. However, we expect our employees to maintain a professional demeanor, even when dressed casually. The loans/credit department clearly showed they're not able to read a tax return. I wouldn't feel safe keeping my money in this bank.

Customer service has dwindled at this location. A lot of staff turnover as well.
