I called to get a price of how much i could get for my tv as a loan. The young lady that took my call asked for the brand and model number and she did her research came back with an offer of $300.00 up to $350 on a loan. I will take my tv To them tomorrow .. Great service over the phone.. Great nice and honest people.. I've bought from them and they all ways have excellent prices and will give u a better selling price when u ask them , they will work with. This is quite possibly the biggest pawn shop I've ever seen, it's almost a pawn warehouse! They have a huge selection of practically everything (especially video games) and I've always found their prices and sales people to be the best around. It's a bit out of the way, but whenever I'm in the area I always make sure to stop by.

We like going here, we always find something new to get and feel safe leaving something there if we have to use the pawn. We know most of the workers and like how they remember us every time we go in.

Horrible customer service. Several employees walk right by you and they weren't even busy with other customers! Refuse to do business with a place like this! I will definitely contact there headquarters to let them know of the horrible service this store has not only provide once, but twice! Thought it would have been different a second time, but nope, not at all!
