They don't value long term customers who have been with them for YEARS (8+). They wouldn't pardon fee's from an accidental stale dated check incident which turns out to be $25 per check (In my case worth more than the value of my check). Their website is terrible. The mobile check deposit didn't work ever until very recently. Phone tellers are rude as ever and since the pandemic began their customer service has declined at an increasingly faster rate. This bank used to be good now its just trying to get as much money out of its loyal customers as possible. It's a shame that they would rather lose a loyal customer of 8+ years rather than being forgiving of a first time (ACCIDENTAL) offense.

Been using them for three years and just has been the most frustrating experience. Some of the employees are very nice where others are extremely rude. Their website has never worked for me and the only way I am able to pay is when they call me looking for payment. If you try calling them to make a payment over the phone before or at the due date, they will deny it and not take it because they "only accept payments over the phone when it's 14 days late" - Again website is awful and making payments through it is very difficult. Overall, I highly recommend you finance anywhere but AHCU.

I went AHC to acquire a auto loan and my experience was amazing. Aleya Tucker assisted me, she was very pleasant, full of information and I feel like I've I've know her all my life. She went the extra mile to find out information about the loan and later that day I was back in her office signing the paperwork. I hope she is recognized for her exceptional work.

I've been using American heritage federal credit Union since 2013. Whenever I go into the roxborough branch at the shoprite no matter who is working they always go above and beyond. This week I had to go up to have some changes made to my car title after my wife passed away. Both people working offered their condolences. Aliya Tucker also assisted me with loan questions.

The teller desk at this location is closed, according to the grocery store staff it has been for quite a while. Two ATMs seem to be working, but there are no member services outside of that.

American Heritage has always treated me very well, and yesterday was more of the same. Great staff like Ms. Tucker makes it a pleasure to be a member.

The loan processor was amazing she help me and was very diligent and professional and knowledgeable I enjoyed my experience with American Heritage

In order to open a savings account, they need to do a hard inquiry in your credit. I work for the banking industry and we only do a soft pull. Very disappointed because I wanted to establish a local account with a credit union.

I HAVE A ACCOUNT WITH THEM, AND I HAVE TO SAY THAT, I FEEL SO GOOD ABOUT DEALING WITH THIS CREDIT UNION. I'M A ACCOUNT HOLDER FOR EVER😁!!!
