American Eagle Financial Credit Union Washington Ave, North Haven

I finally opened an account here at this branch and I'm very happy so far! Bennie took awesome care of me setting everything up. I used to have an account about 25-30 yrs ago that my Dad set up for me & my siblings when he worked at Pratt & Whitney in North Haven, though we had to use the branch in Cromwell back then. So glad that they opened one closer to Wallingford. I'm on disability and Social Security uses Direct Express if you don't have a bank account to receive my SSDI for the last 3yrs. Direct Express has been a constant daily nightmare. I can't wait for my direct deposit to switch over (takes 3 months w/SS). Looking forward to a much better relationship with this Credit Union than I've been experiencing with Direct Express. Yay 😁

11/4/19 Hooooraaayyy! FINALLY... A brand new branch of American Eagle Financial Credit Union opened close by to me (only 4 miles). A nice, bright, and well lit, brand new building that opened just a month ago (10/19), with all the same great features I’ve come to know and enjoy by banking with the AEFCU, over the past 46+ years. Very friendly tellers. Gigi introduced herself, and made me feel welcome. Looking forward to doing most, if not all my financial transactions here.

Opened an account there yesterday, had a fantastic experience! Gigi guided me step by step with everything from mobile app to my online banking. Very happy I chose AEF!

why be a financial center and not be open on a Saturday....or a LIVE drive up teller. sad....sad

Staff is nice, rates are good . I'm glad they opened in North Haven and I will continue to do business w/ them.
