They have the best staff ever! These ladies really know their customers, and will do whatever in their power to make sure we are properly taken care of. I am so grateful for the face to face interaction and working with people who remember my name my face and the account. I highly recommend this location, they really go above and beyond to help.

Not the best customer service....the teller was more concerned about her phone than her customers.....they shouldn't be on their phones while working....don't look very professional....

Terrible and negligent bank. I have a car loan through them and I come in monthly to pay it in cash. The banker didn’t process my car loan properly so my payment is considered late now and I had to get special permission to have my loan transferred properly and late fee waved. In over 10 years I’ve never seen such negligence from a bank let alone a credit union. If my car loan wasn’t through them, I would close the account immediately.

I have always loved my branch in Springville, but recently had to go to this branch to order international currency. Here's a few things to note that they won't tell you up front: They will not buy back foreign coin. (British Pound beware) There are additional fees to buy back (they did not disclose what they were) The teller actually told us to just go to a different bank like Wells Fargo. Upon complaining to the manager, no solutions we're offered, just an I'm sorry. America First as a whole is a great credit union, but this branch needs some serious course correction. Do yourself a favor and bank at a different branch, or at the very least do not do any international currency here.

They were super helpful here while getting my auto loan! I am gonna be opening up a checking account and do more business with them.

Convenient location inside of the maceys where I shop anyway So I get out some cash and buy some donuts
