I want let people who look for loans to be careful dealing Josie Roza. I just got done dealing with her and on refinanced we come up two different loans. One had higher payment month and second one had lower payment month it was hundred-dollar difference. I also ask to have some stuff be remove off. I agreed to the low month payment. But after I noticed the payment was wrong. But it to late do anything about fixing the loans. I came down with shingles and was not able to cancel the loan. So now I’m stuck with the high payment. I have been calling to find out why the wrong lower payment loan didn’t get submitted. I’m not able get responds or she will not admit to the mistake. Then on April 2, 2021 I got call from Jose and she started disclosing another clints loan information. I’ll can say just be careful dealing this Remarkable Home Loans. If you do work this company don’t work with Josie Roza. I See if they could assign someone else. I also look for different company work with. They will not return any of my calls so I want know why and what happed here. It’s pretty mess. If there is Lawyer would like to help please get hold of me.
