Amegy Bank W Fairmont Pkwy, La Porte

Everytime I go to the La Porte branch the service is poor. The tellers do not greet the customer and let them know they will be helped shortly. They go about their business in the back and totally ignore people in line. This usually goes on for about three or four minutes. It's very frustrating to just be standing there and not have anyone acknowledge you.

Erica is hands down the best bank teller I have ever met! She was such a big help with getting everything I needed to close on my house. Thank you for all your help!

I used to have a cheking account in this bank, but i cancele it for wells fargo. Customer service in amegy bank is bad. The dont say hello to you. If you say hello first theye may say hello. They were short in my chnge list. Nd they never respond for that. Wells fargo has a great customer service. Take a look of that

Rick, just solved a problem that Chase bank harrassed me over involving checks issued to me deceased husband. He calmed my fragile nerves. He was knowledgeable and calming.
