Worst bank ever !!! I got their on time they took over 30 min to serve the people in front of me then turned the light red refusing to serve the people in all five lines that waited. If you don’t have enough people don’t open all five lines. I’m going to switch banks not just for that but all services are horrible

This branch is incredibly slow to do transactions apparently there are only 2 tellers managing all 5 drive up stalls and inside stands. Took over 10 minuets both times just to make a withdrawal / deposit

Seems like it is a good bank, but I am going to have to dock it somewhat because on the day we came there was a horrendous amount of trash on the lawn. Not sure if someone was littering or what, but the place could use a dumpster or two to prevent it from happening again in the future.

It's ALWAYS something with this bank! I've been in multiple situation where I was in a rush or needed something and my card doesn't work! Or there's something wrong with the app or they flat out cant tell me why my account wasn't working

In my personal opinion, is the worst bank.

Would not recommend this place staff wasn't very helpful then they told us they would put a month to a month and a halve hold on my 401 k check ! Mostly they acted as if they didn't care if we did business with them ! Acted more like they were discouraging our business !!

What is the deal with this new app.About ready to take my account elsewhere fed up
