A member of Altier Credit Union Branch in Page, Arizona as of 1994 and now have my children as members, too. Altier have treated us like family and especially in the eyes of my children. My sister and her boys became members, too. I like to thank you for educating our children and teaching us all the importance of finance and having an emergency fund. Thank you for always being there for my family and my sister's family. We sat down with a representative in the Month of May 2018 who took her time in educating us parents in using the online much more and made it more convenient for my family in linking our family together together due to making paying our bills, easier. Now that there are commercials advertising Kasasa cash I'm going to rate the credit union. I've never received any credits or earned any kind of cash while using Kasasa. I was also never reimbursed for using non credit union ATM machines (which they advertise). I was also disappointed that my own credit union would not help with refinancing my car loan and could not give me a lower rate for my car insurance. Every time I call in to make transfers there is one specific representative that is always rude. I only kept my account to make money transfers easier with family in Page but I'd rather have Desert School CU because their availability better suits customers like myself.

Hello there. I'm here to warn you about scammers that work under cover near Altier Credit Union. Autojunction is a car dealer that plays a bad game. They are money launders and thieves. This car dealer tend to pay money without bills in cash.

Very disappointed with Altier!!! We have been trying to get OUR money wired to buy a bank owned home and they will not wire it! I will never bank with them again seeing how we will be buying another home and homes for investing in the future. The title company said they have NEVER had this problem in the many years they have been around. Hopefully we still get our house. I never thought the bank wouldn't give me my money.

Altier credit union at the end of the day Operates similar to a bank. Does what they will, customers are always a "dime a dozen" Any five stars are fake news.

Great while I had my car loan through them, but when the loan was paid, started getting hit with account inactive fees. Unfortunately, I did not know about these fees beforehand. I am glad I now know, was actually going to use this account for my daughter and son's savings.

Altier CU was always good to me. I got great loan rates and it was fast and easy. I am sad to not have them here in MO.

AVOID. Extremely disrespectful management. Deserves zero stars. Wrongfully taken off my join account, without consent, willfully refused a reason as to why. Had to subpoena bank records.

I have been an account holder here for almost 20 years, I am very happy with Altier. They are always friendly and have gone out of their way to help me many times.

I have been a member over 15 years and these guys always take care of me!
