Altabank - Orem S 800 E, Orem

Holly is the best. I got charged twice by another Altabank location, but Holly of this location made sure that the first charge was cancelled and that my money was returned. Then she went the extra mile and called me back to confirm. That's the main difference between big banks and local banking: you have a name and a face to trust, not a customer service ticket email or answering machine.

Been with this bank since 2004. I don't see any sustainability in a bank or business that can't keep the same name. just recently changing their name again today 3/14/22 .I was just at this bank 3/11/22 with my weekly deposit of my paycheck didn't see any signs or nobody spoke to me about any changes. I called the card center they said that my card will no longer work and I should have a new one in the mail I did not receive one. I'm very likely going to close my account can go with a different bank. This is a massive inconvenience this put me in a big bind.

I have come here twice had to turn away twice because the inside was closed once was due to construction, cleaning or whatever which is fine second was on a Saturday I came at 12:00 when it says it’s still open but it wasn’t I’m not sure why and there wasn’t anything posted on the door saying why they would be closed early so I’m just kinda extremely annoyed by that

Worked with Kailey in the Orem branch today. My first "bank experience" with Altabank was to do complex business account changes and adjustments to existing accounts. Kailey was not only professional but fast. If Kailey is indicative of my future experiences with Altabank I will be thrilled. I may even switch my personal accounts over if it continues at this level of customer care. We needed to do several things but one of them was change our debit credit cards. She wasn't the person who normally did this but quickly called the customer care center and helped us fill out all the info needed and set us up for the updated cards. No extra calls, no extra emails. DONE. Someone give her a raise!!

If your looking for the best bank out there?! Look no further. Their customer service is through the roof! Nicest people out there. They always know how to help you. I just feel so comfortable and confident with them. There is no other Branch like the Orem Branch. Love them so much!

Fix your ATM drive through area. I’ve almost been rear ended multiple times at the ATM and the ATM takes about 5 tries to finally read my card and about 5 more times to take a cash deposit. Then I have to go through the drive through to even get out. Also how am I able to fit my truck through that? Poor design. Don’t recommend going here if you just want to do an ATM deposit. It’s a joke.

I've banked with Bank of American Fork (Bank AF) for the last six years. I live a block away, and they were running a special on savings accounts with a high interest rate. Now years later, I rarely jump through all the hoops to get the interest rate, but I still bank here. I love being able to walk in and have the tellers know my name, my businesses, and be able to help me without a dozen different ID's and fingerprints. I love having an app doesn't even require me to go to the bank for most things. Yes, new employees are hired at the bank every so often and I have to fish out a driver's license... but I feel taken care of here.

I've banked with Bank of AF for almost 10 years. My husband decided to move to them as well because of their better returns on accounts and has also loved working with them. They are professional, polite, and always willing to help. They are also careful with your info (i once had a bank cash a fake check with no signature, id, or account info) but flexible when it comes to plans that don't work for you. We have taken out multiple loans with them over the years and they were totally willing to alter contracts to our needs and even hold rates past the "deadline" when the process had to be started again. I recommend Bank of AF to everyone.

Very prompt and amazing customer service. I have banked with them for many years and have never been disappointed in their speed and reliability. Their online banking program is also very easy to use. Again, their customer service is the best I have received at any company. Would recommend 100%.

Can't say enough good about Shane and Tracy during our home build. They saved our project when we thought all hope was lost. Both were extremely responsive, called me whenever there were concerns, and gave me a great deal of support during an extremely difficult time. When the contractors administrative assistant, who didn't understand the finances, caused issues with the loan Shane instinctively knew how to handler her and how to get us through to the finish line. Without Shane and Tracy we wouldn't be in our house today. Highly recommend BofA Orem branch!
