Frustratingly incompetent. Our construction loan changed hands 3 times, and all the delays led to more and more extensions. Our builder said this is the most inconvenient bank he's ever worked with. Even though we started mortgage proceedings well well well in advance, things weren't finalized until we had been living in our house for 4 months and after multiple extensions that were 0% our fault but that we paid for. Additionally, they ended up selling our mortgage to another bank without telling us. Basically, if you're building, definitely go somewhere else.

Mike Guthrie is the best. I thought I knew what a personal banker was for but Mike opened my eyes to a whole new amazing world of personal banking. He has so many ideas and solutions that have helped me already and will help me with my future endeavors. Definitely go see Mike, he is awesome!

Great local bank that values community and service. The employees know their customers and try to develop good relationships with their clients.

This LSB is one I prefer due to the lack of lines and waiting time. Service is normally great and things get taken care of quickly.

Staff has always been helpful with issues regarding online banking, HSA and even with some security concerns
