Seriously guys, Jake and Blake at Rich's were amazing and helpful. Above and beyond helpful! I live over an hour away and there was possibly an issue with the truck I was buying, so they wanted to keep it and fix it and were willing to bring it to me so I didn't have to come back. While Blake made that amazing offer, Jake was in the other room researching the issue and fixed it for me right then and there so I could take my truck home. Great guys!

I was in a bind and no options available to me due to credit and other obstacles. I purchased a car through a private seller and it blew up with in 10 hours! I had no way to see my kids or get to work. I reached out to Jacob Olsen and not only was he able to help me but he continues to ensure I am in a safe and reliable car! Having a car throw a rod through the canyon at night was aweful! No matter how small the issue with the car from Rich's, Jacob is always available with an answer or solution. I will always be greatful to Jacob and Rich's. Highly reccomend!

My sales guy was Jake top notch did everything I asked him did everything in his power to make sure i got the best value for my trade in and give me my dream truck best part didnt feel pressured at all nice relax wanted to help didnt try to upsell me. Would highly recommend this place. If I ever need another vehicle I would 100% go here again to do car shopping.

NEVER trust them or buy, will never follow through with a warranty or fix. we bought a car that they said was reliable and it broke down the first time the next morning. in 7 months its been in the shop three times for the same problems that they promised they would fix. nothing was ever done, and we are under a warranty that we paid extra for. the first time it was in the shop 5 days for supposedly a radiator cap, the second time 12 days to "fix" the transmission that is still messed up and barely running, then the last was about the same amount of time and the same problem plus more issues that aren't fixed as well. this last time I got upset that it still wasn't fixed and Jake promised he would personally make sure it was fixed and big surprise! it wasn't. he told me that one part doesn't need to be fixed, i can drive on it just not be able to pass the state tests to keep it registered! so instead of apologizing and trying to fix it a fifth time, he pressured me for days into putting more money down for another car. I brought up they had a legal obligation to fix it and he ended the conversation. also, he has got mad at me for bad reviews and then promises to fix the problem if i delete my review and comments about this issue, which i have and they never follow through like promised. so disappointed in this dealership, I gave them so many chances to prove they were good for their word just to prove me wrong. I've paid every month, i don't know what else to do besides seek legal counsel if they don't come to some kind of solution, thank god I have proof of my warranty, payments, time in the shop and all or I bet they'd just give me more of the run around. Oh and if your reading the reviews, some are from car salesman that work there. not customers.
