Good evening Baltimore. Yesterday was the first time I visited Alpha Pawn Shop and if I need them again I will make sure and go there. I was greeted kindly the young lady and forgive me I forgot her name was awesome. From the time I called to get information to the time my transaction was completed was excellent. I would recommend Alpha Pawn highly to anyone who needs a good pawn shop

This family owned shop has been a staple in the community for many many years. I remember my mom going here to get most of her jewelry from them when I was younger. I now trust all my jewelry needs here with them. I even brought my daughter here to look at some jewelry. Professional, friendly, quality, top notch service.

I came here and did some GREAT business. John and Ms. Mary Jane are the ones who assisted me and they were both super helpful, super genuine people. I got a gold necklace repaired, swapped an old ring with a new one, and purchased a ring all in the same visit!! The repair and sizing for both rings was done within the hour! I will DEFINITELY be coming back here and will be bringing my friends with me❤️🙏🏽

I’m going to give my props to Alpha Gold I’ve brought several pieces of jewelry for my friend on occasions and she still loves them and I have did damage to my jewelry and Alpha Gold has fixed it and I didn’t know the difference thanks Alpha oh and customer service is wonderful

This is the best pawn shop on Monument Street I can even say probably one of the best pawn shops in Baltimore city on the east side. The people are real John is a great guy. He has a great story. he’s been through the struggle like most of us who live in Baltimore city so go straight with him and he’ll be straight with you again Alpha Gold you guys Are in my eyes the best in the city

Great helpful staff that is interested in helping the community where it operates. Very knowledgeable and a wide selection of electronics, tools, and jewelry. If you are looking for something specific you can always let the staff know and they will even try to get it for you. Very fair with prices as well.

Great experience. Store was clean and everyone highly professional. John the manager was very helpful and informative. Took the time to point us in the right direction when selling a firearm, educated us on the difference between pawning and outright selling. Explained the local laws on pawning jewelry.
