I wish I could leave negative stars. Truly unprofessional individuals and I was talking to a manager! I was out with Covid for 2 weeks and was unable to make a payment that we setup before I found out I had to miss time out of work due to Covid and the guy was totally rude about it. I even told him I tried calling their business for the past few days to change my payment date(he’s talking over me the whole time, mind you) and I got no response and he tells me that “I didn’t call”. How are you going to tell me that I didn’t call when I know I did?!? The only number I have for them is attached to the email sent over with the payment arrangement, which is not the number that they called from nor is the number they called me from today the same as the number they called from back in December. I called the original creditor and they told me it would be no issue to continue with a payment plan after my case is reverted to them due to Alliant sending it back as a “Refusal to Pay”. Alliant Capital Management should not be in business and I am definitely reporting this company to the B.B.B. People are struggling all over the world due to Covid and for the manager to not sympathize with that and to talk to me the way he did today was totally uncalled for and extremely unprofessional.

Wow - nasty people! I got calls from them and I have no business with them or any debt collector. They were calling about my ex, with whom I parted ways 10 years ago without further contact. I tried to explain that to a representative, and got very snarky comments about how she doesn't know all the details of my relationships but this was the contact number. Well, this number has never been associated with my ex, and she's not the type to use other people's contact info on accounts. This representative actually hung up on me. It seems like a trashy company.

These people called my mother about some debt I had and I don't know how they got my mother's number but they were also discussing confidential information with her too. Thanks for the confidential leak because now you got a legal war coming to you.

Someone called my place of work repeatedly for a month and never spoke when I answered the phone. I have never been so displeased and I am not the person they are looking for! I tried calling them to let them know and the manager was very rude. As soon as he answered the phone he said, "Ma'am no one is calling you." After I gave him the number they were calling, he saw in fact they were calling continuously. I feel sorry for anyone who HAS to deal w/ them and would encourage you to sue as soon as they step out of line.

They harassed my family for a loan I didn’t have and I contacted the representative Bruce multiple times to stop and discuss the situation to which he got a terrible attitude and told me the amount I owe would keep going up every call and then he hangs up

Someone name Karen called me & left a voicemail. The first words of her message were “um hi,” which is extremely rude. She told me I needed to get back to her immediately about the business we had discussed or she was going to make a decision herself. (I’ve never spoken to this woman & she gave no indication of what she was talking about.) The whole message was a very rude, unprofessional, aggressive, & threatening tone. Then when I called back, I got no answer. This is not how you speak to people.

They should get Sued over harassing calls and are the worst in handling any kind of questions.

Called my wife's phone looking for her cousin and when I called the number refused to provide anything other than the name of the company. Stop calling potential relations based off of 3rd party search results and attempt to contact the debtor directly.

These people have called and bullied me, my family members, and my place of work. I called them back several times and left messages. They still call and threaten me. Finally talked to someone about how upsetting it was that they harass me and they hung up on me. Very upsetting

Buch of bullies and unprofessional people got a call from them first off the man wouldn't repeate his name for me to write down so I knew who to contact again. Then was constantly rude because I would not verify my info over the phone without any writen paperwork from the company and after I said I would very my info with out paperwork he proceeded to threaten me saying he would find me he was going to call my work and bother me there.i understand they have a job to do but there is a way to go about business and this is not it.
