If I could rate this business negative five stars, I would. There isn't anything professional about this agency. I lost the first house I originally wanted and gave up through most of the process into my second home after I wised up and transfered my loan over to red door (who's manager is beyond helpful and responsive). Please do not spend your time here at this agency. Unless you want to bit your nails down into the cuticles and lose hair and money over every aspect of the home buyers process, DO NOT GO WITH THIS AGENCY.

No response after a home went under contract; no response throughout the transaction, and no response after calls before our closing date was approaching on any updates on the loan. Can I make this review a 'NEGATIVE' star? Wish that was possible.

Beware! Do not work with this company! Paul was inexperienced, wasted out time, money, and energy. I will keep telling as many people not to bring their business here! Unless you want to lose the house you wanted and waste money. They are incompetent and a lot of false promises at best.

I never write reviews this is my first time writing one I'm trying to save people from this company Stay away from this company it's going to make your life miserable buying a home it's a really stressing processes but this people with this company will make it almost impossible they are not experience no customer service totally rude I hope you guys read this and stay away from this people I never write reviews but I trying to prevent people from making their home buying experience harder than and you end up losing money in the home you love because of them stay away

We have not pulled credit for a Lisa foreman nor have we ever spoke. We are a local company that is very responsive!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Closed on my home super fast and explained everything to me about the process. Highly recommended
