Alive Credit Union Lenox Ave, Jacksonville

I've been with Alive Credit union since 1991. I remember when it was called Health America Credit union, they had offered family photos. Dealing with loans was an easy process. I've come across great staff members, Becky, Karen and MJ the Jaguar fan, just to name a few, always a pleasure to work with. Thank you for making my banking experience a pleasure...💳💵🏦

In the end, this credit unions poor loan completion management and slow processing caused me to have a 60 day late credit hit. Months have gone by, my online banking remains unfixed. Enough grace has been given. No more business with this company after this loan.

I was really shocked to see my credit union rated so poorly on Google. I love this place and I've had nothing but great experience here. Very friendly and helpful.

I've been doing business at Alive for 7 years now (2021) and MJ has always been extremely helpful, kind and polite. The rest of the staff have also been great at any location I've visited. During a period of time when my credit was quite challenged, they gave me a chance to prove myself without an insanely high interest rate. This enabled me to meet the immediate needs of my family and purchase a vehicle, and I am very grateful that they extended a loan to me during this difficult time. It was risky for them but I was determined to keep working to rebuild my credit. I have since paid off those loans and am looking forward to my next vehicle purchase, which I hope they will finance for me. Thank you Alive!!

Definitely a nasty Community of people at Alive Credit Union they need to be closed down

I do NOT recommend them. Find a more professional and honest credit union.

When I when in the bank a teller wearing glasses had a very nasty attitude ,and I were not greeted with kindness to will ever have a Account here
