The customer service is great face-to-face, when you walk into the bank. I have gone in several times for specific needs and they were closed or a person I needed to work with wasn't there. They are just iffy when you really need them. I went in on Saturday and they were closed, even though their door showed the 9:00 am to noon hours for Saturday. No signage of why they were closed. In THAT situation, they were able to help me in the drive-through. Had that not been the case, I would have been out of luck. I get very frustrated with this bank. I don't use it much and I try to never go into the branch more than I HAVE to.

Been doing business with them when it was KVP credit union back in 60's then went to KVP/Sutherland then First community then Advia. Great place to do your banking. Very pleasant they will remember you after a few visits. Bought many cars thru them never had a problem. They have a C.U. located in every little town within 25 to 35 miles of Kalamazoo .

I don’t understand why they are closed on Saturdays. I understood during the height of the pandemic but at least the drive thru could remain open. Not very good customer service.

I dont understand there policies. They said i had to come inside to cash a check from someone who has an account there because i didnt have an account. I used to believe that was to verify it was me but when i get to the door i was told to put a mask on so that cant be it so why do only people with accounts get to use driverthrou. Just asking

Not as busy as the one in Battle Creek or Portage, at least when I was here. They did a great job processing my auto loan, as they were very fast.

Very nice and easy to work with. They treat me like a real person and not a number. Willing to look at exceptions and how to solve your problem Even if it means no income for them.

Drove all the way from Mendon to Advia at this location because Google says they're open until 2:00pm on Saturdays. The sign on their door even says open until 2:00, but they were closed at 1:15pm when I was there. I am angry!

Very nice workers. Sometimes the wait is a bit long (it's a small branch) but they do a good job!
