I went in with several questions about taking out a loan to handle some bills I'm having trouble with and spoke with Janice. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the whole process and very much eased my mind. I always hear about predatory payday loans but this place isn't like that at all! She explained the whole process from start to finish, the interest rates involved, etc. I've never had anyone act so professionally, even at big banks. Will definitely be back!
