I don’t usually post reviews but I’ve been paying our car loan here and every time we go to drive thru to pay, we are always waiting for so long, even if I’m like the only one in the line. I waited no later than 10 mins. That’s my minimum.

Anytime you take a check to this credit union, officially printed or personal checks it doesn't matter they always give me a hard time about it. They only allow you 600 to pull from the ATM every 24 hours. Their app locks me out almost every time. The list goes on.

If I could give them a zero I would. I've never benefited from any of their services. I received an inquiry hit on my report just to be told in the end that they are a credit union of REPORTING they are not there to help build up the members credit. So in the end THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOU BEING A MEMEBER THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY. I FEEL SO SCAMMED!!!

I read reviews and I write reviews. I had to call Customer Service about an issue. Recording said I would have to wait for 2 previous callers to complete their business; didn't actually take long at all. While Rosie was not actually able to handle my situation, she did allow me to speak to someone else when I asked. Melissa was very attentive; listened to my issue, registered my frustration, apologized for the inconvenience and solved my issue(s). While no institution/entity (banking or otherwise), is without issues/problems (especially during these unprecedented times), what I liked about my experience with these individuals and my experience today was their focus on problem resolution. That is what matters to me. They are conveniently located but I was not able to go into the branch due to my own challenges. When I have visited this location, I have always found it to be clean and easily accessible. They have ample drive-thru lanes and convenient hours.

If you are looking for respectable financial institution, look elsewhere. I always paid a substantial amount over the scheduled payment so I could save money on interest over the life of the loan. I transferred the last 3 grand to a credit card for Zero interest, and my checking account card. When they entered the payment the shorted me .10 cents. I was going to pay them an additional .10 cents on debit card and they were going to charge me $15.10. So I sent them a check for .10 with an explanation that they had shorted me on payment. instead of researching, they went ahead and deposited my check. When I got it paid off 6 months in advance I kept waiting on a release of lien on vehicle. I had to call then numerous times only to be put on hold. Finally after a month they released the lien. STAY AWAY!

Do not try to cash a check drawn on their bank. They fingerprint you like you were a criminal. Then they charge $5 to cash a $5 check leaving you 0. Very unhappy and will convince my friend to change banks.

Went to go deposit a check and transfer funds to my grandfather. Even though i had the minimum requirement to have a savings they closed my account. I now have to make an appointment to see if i qualify to reopen my account. Don't bank here.

Maybe you should do a better at really caring for your customers and do a little more training with your employees to really provide good customer service. As soon as I'm done with my car loan I will never recommend this bank to anyone for a loan, to open checking/savings or even for a mortgage. Achieva has treated us very unfairly, last year I made my payments on time through your website. Apparently, all my payments were going to a 'savings' account I was not aware of. All of the sudden I'm getting all these collection letters stating I'm late and that the car will be taken away. Finally, one of your collection specialist found that all my payments were going to a 'savings' account. She was able to transfer all my payments and told me now I will be ahead. However, not knowing all the stress she not only caused me but also my husband. Now thanks to your bank I have a record of late payments, caused by your unfriendly user website, and also thanks to your not so caring employees. Now I'm getting another letter stating I'm late?? How can I be late when this specialist told me I was ahead of payments for TWO months!!!!! Mind you now I send my payments through the mail every month and paying more so that I can be done with this bank once and for all!!!

Horrible banking experience. I used this credit union for an auto loan, which I paid off at the end of January. I was assured by a teller that no further payments would be withdrawn and the account was closed. I had a feeling she was unsure or maybe new, so I asked to sit with a banker to be completely sure of this. I was assured the account was closed. The next month, when my auto payment would usually come due, another payment came out. I went into the branch and was told that the payment would come back to my personal account (my usual bank, not achievia). 2 weeks go by and nothing. I go in and they said that instead of crediting MY bank, the credit was given back to my achievia account. THE ACCOUNT I CLOSED! They reopened the account to give the credit. I was annoyed but they gave me a cash credit, and once again assured me this account was closed. However the next month the same thing happened! I disputed it with my bank this time, and put a block on anything achievia related. How can a bank not once, but twice reopen an account without my permission? I'm pretty sure to this day the account is open, again without my permission, and if I hadn't blocked them from taking anymore payment from my personal account it would still be happening. USE ANOTHER CREDIT UNION!

I despise the Dunedin Branch!! I just totaled my car, which I have never paid them late or missed a payment on, and my wallet was misplaced so I went in to get another debit card. They had ONE teller working between 4 and 5 and one trying to assist, but had a drive thru of people. After waiting around for 20 minutes while dude fixed their broken printer, I was finally helped. The teller was helpful and chill, probably the coolest in there. After all of this then they say it's going to be ten dollars to replace the card as I'm walking out the door; usually when you do business you let someone know what the fees will be to conduct said business, you know? On top of that, I have NEVER been charged for a new debit card, so what has changed? Just seems like inconsistent policies - way to kick someone while they're down, Achieva. You're closer, but I'll be going to Drew Street from now on.
