TD Bank Us Hwy, Clearwater

I have been doing business with this bank for over 4 years. I can't say enough about their service. Anytime I go to this branch, the folks there are always friendly and very helpful. Brad is one of the people there, who is always most helpful, if I need anything. I can't believe this bank has only 3.2 stars. Actually, I'm shocked. I give them a five. Keep up the good work everyone. Thank you.

I can't see why this TD Bank has gotten so many negative reviews.. I came here for a few banking issues and store manager Ryan was absolutely excellent on helping me figure out what was going on. Ryan with his banking expertise is a prime example of why TD banks are known as the customer service bank.

5 stars for Eric and 0 for Brad so they’re lucky I averaged this at a 2. Brad has an attitude and is unprofessional. I am seriously considering closing all my accounts because of 1 experience dealing with him.

TD Bank needs to change their Slogan to not so convenient Bank! How are you charging someone a late fee when a payment is made less than 8 hrs past the first of the month! Also I am someone who always pays on time ! Don’t get me started on phone support - horrible - rude and insensitive

I wish I had read these reviews BEFORE I opened a TD account. Tellers are nice enough, but no one above them (in person or on the phone) is able to resolve continual problems with accounts, credit card or phone app. I get excuses, but no solutions. Time to close my savings account and move those funds back to my credit union. The truly sad part is... no one from TD has ever replied to even one of these bad reviews; what does that tell you?

I give this back to stars because the tellers inside are extremely friendly and nice and try to be helpful. It is the bank itself that I am upset with. After signing up for a new account I had deposited two checks into this account. I waited the proper 3 to 4 days for the checks to clear I was totally fine with that. The checks cleared and were entered into my bank account. Therefore, I felt confident in the fact that I was making an online payment for my rent. The authorization was made and I thought all was well. However about 24 hours after they cleared the checks they decided to hold a portion of one of the checks after the fact. They charge my account $127 hold. This whole lasted for a total of three days. Unfortunately my rent payment That was already authorized on my account was not allowed to go through because of this hold. The bank charge me a $35 fee for something that they created. Not only that but they cost me $125 in charges with my property management company. I wish I would’ve never change from Chase. I can’t afford these charges

I opened an account with a paper paycheck. I switched banks because TD Bank advertises a different kind of banking. The difference is they put a 10 day hold on my check without telling me. Now my account is overdrawn and I have 0 money. I have a foster child to care for. I was told afterward by the customer service person that they could do nothing for me. I asked for a supervisor and she was able to send an email to the manager. She told me that they can put holds on all checks for 30 days. Neither of the employees I worked with told me this. Good job TD Bank. You really are different. I can't even withdraw my money because it's not there. I was told I could take off work and go to the branch to ask for the hold to be lifted. Thanks TD Bank. Think twice before going to this branch!!!

WATCH OUT RIP OFF REPORT the have this service called TD advance. I never knew about it i was never told i had such service. Basically what it does is allow you to use your debit card when funds are not there and you get charged a 35 overdraft fee. Well things happen but if the card get declined as horrible that but you don't get charged a overdraft fee. I am busy I do not check it everyday. So if the card works the money must be in the account...... I mean i would never want this service I ever asked for it or even knew i had it....it allowed me to have 3 overdrafts at 105 instead of 35 the bank is getting sued in a class action lawsuit I wish i had known ... Total ripoff

i just open a account at td bank few days ago，the banker who name：Brad Westermann✨ is a very professional person，when i sit down with my parent，he explain every things to me，how does the plan works，and explain everything clear to me，etc.... I m very appreciate. thanks for he's Patience and professional. I believe that our cooperation will be very enjoyable.

TD bank only has a few location in the Tampa Bay area thats why I only gave 3 stars
