First of all I have been doing business with this location for at least 10 tens. They have always provided me with excellent customer service. This past this Wed. 2/23 wasn’t different. It was a miscommunication between me and the clerk/cashier and I was little upset and disappointed. So when I called Customer Service and they told me that District Manager would call me in with 2 days , I said “okkay” , however he called me in 2 hours. He apologized, thanked me for calling AND when I go went back to the Representative she acknowledged the mistake with a smile . I could tell that her DM actually coached her , I am very pleased with Ace Cash Express on North Ave. Oh yeah , when you call the 800 number , they will make sure they get your concern handed promptly.
