It took almost 6 months to close our house with them. They had a lot of excuses, changing laws, etc. LOL, Isn't that what you do ? keep up with the currents ? I had an awful experience here with a loan admin and I asked the office manager to take a look, wow - was I wrong, his staff was perfect and I was the issue ? who's paying ? hmmmm anyway we finally got it done, so I thought,a few weeks ago, 9 months after close, we got a call about a lot of other documentation to re-sign because they had messed up, the lady that showed up from the closing company could not apologize enough and said she's never seen such a bad job from a lender. Do not work with Karen or Ricardo.

I tried using Sterling to refinance a couple properties. While I was working with him, it was very difficult to get ahold of him. He wouldn't answer the phone even though the secretary told me he was in. He told me he was working on finding the lender, but I haven't heard from him in months. I've tried following up with him multiple times, but haven't heard anything back.

Ricardo and his team helped my husband (who is LLC ) and I buy our dream home! We got a great loan and closed on schedule and I would go back again and again to these guys!
