Academy Bank Briargate Blvd, Colorado Springs

I bank at this branch exclusively, this location has the best group of tellers I have ever met. They are polite, knowledgeable, and respectful. This location is usually pretty empty so you'll rarely wait in line. I have also received personal help several times with banking questions that you just will not find at another location. (for example: one of the staff spent 30+ minutes teaching me how to use their affiliates website, and giving me advice about how best to use their credit program) If you spend a lot of time in banks, spend it in this one.

We have been a part of the Academy Bank family for well over 25 years. Mr. Francisco Montes manager at the Briargate branch has showed himself to be an excellent manager. This bank is the worst!! I opened a secured $500 credit card over 3 years ago . Went in today to get it switched to unsecured An was denied. Reason , because I didn't use the card like they wanted me to. Then asked to close my account An was told I'd have to wait to get a check in the mail. They had no problem taking my $500 the same day I opened the account. I opened a capital one secured card at same time for $300 . That $300 was given back to me six months later An they've raised my limit to $2,000 now . Also had problems with AcademyBank site all the time when trying to pay my card payments.

The tellers came to my rescue. I recently had a stroke and was getting reaccustomed to counting. I had a large deposit and they helped me tremendously.

Most of the tellers at Briargate are good. I wouldn't recommend using this bank at all. It's a huge mess if you get a deposit during a holiday.

i bet 100% @ the main-hub tellers treat w/respect at my local-hub/ no-respect is given by the teller, hope this review is seen by the main/headquater-bank to get info about her, that disrespectfull-teller

I am very impressed with this bank. They allow me to display my business with their business spot light. Very friendly and accommodating.
