Would have never thought in a million years that your bank wouldn't do their job when you can prove that a charge is fraudulent yet they'll sit there and argue with you and tell you it's not their problem I would highly recommend not using this Bank if you ever have a problem they will not help you even if you can show proof the bank keeps telling me I made an agreement with that party even though that party didn't follow through so it's fraudulent but yet they will do nothing even if you can show the proof.

Amber and her team are amazing! I was having trouble with a check deposit, and she stepped in, connected with corporate to find out what was wrong and she resolved it quickly. She went above and beyond in order to help me at a point that I was really upset. I will be a loyal customer from now on because of Amber and how she assisted me with this issue. when it comes to banking, I wish we could all have someone like Amber in our corner! Complete idiots. An absolute embarrassment this branch is. Poorly dressed for position, texting while customers are next in line. Exclude (Elle) she tried to compensate for her other employee. It Felt so unprofessional when a facility carries thousands of your hard earned money. Really wish i had not witnessed what i did. :( p.s. I have pulled the account...

They don't use underhanded tactics to steal money from you like US Bank or Wells Fargo. They will allow you to overdraft for a very modest fee, $25. This branch is a amazing, some of the other branches have rude people.

Love this bank, the ladies in here are wonderful and will help you out with everything. Great bank, and I love the branch so I dont have to walk inside walmart!!! I have been with them for about 6 years now and when ever I have an issue I just walk in and they fix it with no questions asked. Not sure what the person below me is talking about. I have never seen or heard of any problems inside this bank.

ATM HAS NOT WORKED IN 48 HOURS AT 3 BRANCHES I VISITED. WANTED TO MAKE A COMPLAINT WITH BRANCH MANAGER...GUESS WHAT...."he's not in today". Customer service at ACADEMY BANK IS NON-EXISTENT. I WOULD AVOID THIS BANK LIKE A PLAGUE!!!

Horrible customer service. Long wait. Branch manager is a rude, snide, disrespectful indian man. Go to any other branch!! I've never been so dissatisfied with a branch manager in my entire life.

Not convenient. You could wait 30 minutes just to deposit. Cash. One clerk is always busy opening accounts.

The tellers are nice but it takes 20-30 minutes per customer.

Way to close when everyone gets off of work and then not be open on the weekends when it’s The Most Convenient for people who work all week. I will be changing banks.
