I know Blanca Criner at Abbey Credit Union! She is knowledgeable, honest and caring and a great person to work with. It's great to know there are people like this who are representing financial businesses

Worst experience ever; if I could give - zero stars, I would. Being long-time members, we automatically chose to finance our new car through Abbey in early May; the whole process of applying for and being approved for the auto loan took less than 2 hours. We contacted our insurance company to provide proof of insurance on the new vehicle before going to the loan office to sign the loan paperwork. A month later, after receiving a rather threatening letter from Abbey demanding proof of insurance, and advising us of the consequences, we contacted the insurance company a second time regarding proof. They assured us that it had been forwarded to Abbey on the day we signed for the loan, but would resend it . A month later, we received another more forceful letter from Abbey, implying that we had yet to fulfill our responsibility, and provide Abbey with proof of insurance. I am not sure who was failing there, but we did what we needed to do two months earlier, and again a month later, to provide Abbey with proof of insurance. After the last letter, I personally forwarded all the documents from our insurance company to Abbey. Three weeks later, we received another letter from Abbey advising us that they had followed through with their previous threats, and actually purchased auto insurance on our behalf, and will add the cost to our loan. This has been going on now for three months, and cost me considerable time and energy to resolve someone else's incompetence. Now it's more than my time and energy, it's going to cost a considerable sum of money. This is beyond ridiculous!

I can never thank you enough! I recommend Abbey Credit Union to anyone who is in need of a personal & or business loan! They will do whatever they can to help you.

Dallas burress was nice and easy to work with on referencing my auto loan. And was fast at answering all my questions

DO NOT GET A LOAN through this place. They the most unorganized bank there is. We closed on a boat a month ago and no one can figure out who mailed a paper check out to the other bank. Abbey credit union apparently does not use computers, so they are currently searching an employees desk for a note of where or when she mailed a check. No one seems to retuen calls either. We are going on 2 months of trying to close on a boat due to the bank being so unorganized. Please save yourself the headache and bank somewhere else. As soon as they figure out our loan, im going in to pay it off and closing my account just to get away from them.

I’ve been a member at ABBEY credit union since the mid to late 70s. The employees have always been kind, professional, and understanding. I never needed to use the financial services at any other credit union or bank.

Blanca Criner with Abbey is a community treasure. She is always out engaging and helping individuals and businesses with the valuable services that Abbey credit Union provides. She, also, is ever willing to help people with her time and expertise while expecting nothing in return. Abbey is very lucky and blessed to have Blanca as there representative.

Always friendly and helpful service! Unfortunately run by idiots that during the beginning of covid-19 decided to limit withdrawals to $500. So if you needed more than that in cash to make a purchase then you had to go to another bank or come back tomorrow to increase everyones exposure. Just asinine.

It was a pleasure working with them. Amanda was very nice and professional.
