I expected to deal with a rough and tough haggler who'd make me feel stupid but instead I got an informative, professional, and gentle speaking woman by the name of Brittany to help me with my first time in a pawn shop. Outstanding customer service and positive energy. Very appreciated.

Personally, I haven't had any problems with this place. The staff is very friendly, and they were very up front and honest whether something would be of any value. I've gone to them a couple of times now, and have had a good experience each time. They made sure to tell me how the loan process worked, in relation to just doing a normal "sale" (where I had no intention getting it back). I have to say they are actually one of the better ones in town, as they don't try to hide anything from me as to how they operate loans or sales. I'd recommend this store for anyone who wants a simplified experience, and who's okay with them being honest as to how much something is worth.

Usually have great service until this week. Purchased a lawn mower for $75. Started while there. Brought home went to mow and herd loud pop. Engine blew. Didn't even get thru one line. And of course sold as is. Learned my lesson... Won't return.

Bought a air compressor, they could not test but stated it works. Compressor might run, but does not shut off. Wont take there junk back. Will never buy from them again. Buyes, beware, cheaper to buy from store, less headache. Now i have a air compressor thats useless. -100 stars

If I could give 0 stars I would. Brought 2 subs in one didnt work which is fine... but the other one that I just had hooked up that only is supposed to push 500 watts max the dude continues to push it thought his system at 1500 watts and blew it and told me it's not supposed to sound like that and once I told him that the bottom says it isn't supposed to be pushed on that high of wattage he brings it back to me and says hes not interested. Blew my sub and didnt pay me for it

Went in to buy Bluetooth headphones for my PS4, was told they would work but when I took them home I found out PS4 does not support non-ps4 Bluetooth headphones. Went in next day and was told that if I didn't buy the protection plan, which I was offered but was not told I wouldn't even be able to get in store credit if I didn't purchase in case of a return, they couldn't even give me in store credit. To sum it up, incompetent employee sold me something I couldn't use and failed to inform me of what protection plan does. Would have spent more money here but don't want to get screwed in case their products don't work or they decide not to honor their return policy.
