All the orignal workers there are very freindly. But this new fat young guy is very sarcastic and make you never want to come back. After years of spending good money with them. They hired this ass wipe. I will not be spending or pawning there ever again.

Came in with two pieces of gold and the woman there told me it didn't weigh enough and they could give me $10 for my gold. One of the pieces was an earring that at the pawn shop in Compton they gave me $15 for the other earring of the pair. I realized they were trying to rip me off and went to the other pawn shop close to 7-11 and there they offered me $30 for my gold. So for this reason I'll never do business with this shop again. Sellers beware and go to other pawn shops instead.

Had some music equipment stolen and I asked for an email to send them serial numbers and photos of my equipment and they refused.

Customer service person was having personal drama on the phone in front of me. Did not want to do her job. The business will loose customer's, can go down the street to another pawn shop. with that attitude.

Great staff who have helped me keep my things. Popular things that others want.

I just left and I honestly could have got more but the point is I got what I needed and I can go back and get them in 4 months can't beat that. Don't know why other's are mad? He made it clear I would only get 15%. It's worth it. Go check it out for yourself I had to.

This facility was found extremely dirty. Dust, unclean since the 70's. In addition to that I encounter boarder trash behind the counter.

I called to get an estimate on a product I was trying to sell he said we don't take it then hung up on me.
