this is the worst A+ ive ever don't business with.. i asked for almost 500$ cash back and asked the teller to include some fives and tens and they thought it was a good idea to give me 500 back in 5s and 10s. Do better. if i could leave zero stars i def would.

I been banking here for 5 years now. I truly like this branch better then the one on Stassney only because it’s not as busy. The staff is friendly and always helpful. I did read most of the low ratings with this bank & I have not experienced any of the things people said. Like I said the staff is helpful. Also I love how they do their best to remember your name regardless if it’s your first name or last. Also the the call center people are always helpful if I can’t drive to the bank. They have always been able to answer my questions or find someone who will contact me regarding it. I’m truly happy with all my experiences here. The only reason why I gave it a 5 star is because I do wish their was an after hour emergency line to talk to someone directly with A+ because I tend to lose my debit cards often and scared a stranger has it. Other then that, that is all.

Horrible ATM and Customer Service issues! Stay Away! I have been with A+ for many years and have had problems in the past. I usually would give the tellers or bank the benefit of doubt but not anymore. The Buda Tx location ATM is always broken and the staff are aware but do nothing to fix the issue. Instead they just close the ATM and fix it temporarily. It blows my mind that the Branch Manager can't call up the corporate leaders and tell them to replace the ATM. It's not that hard to figure out, but I guess customer service is not important. I have had money stuck in the ATM, which did not credit my account. Another reason to stay away, you can never speak to a bank employee. If you have a question you have to go through AUDI which is a machine. This is crazy and forces you to go to a branch to ask a simple question or concern. Talk about inconvenience. I very disappointed in the service and will be looking for a better bank.

A+ has been horrible with trying to recover a new card in person. A wallet was stolen and once buying a new driver’s license which they promised to work as identification was bought and a paper was given, they still wouldn’t provide a card in person, Although the manager at this location said it would work. Now ordering a card online is a hassle since bills are due and gas is needed for work. So for short I’m never going to this credit union again for no help & providing false promises.

One of the most corrupt banks in Buda. Not only will the ATM steal your money and not give you credit, they also hold payments instead of processing them so they can charge you a $30 overdraft fee for every transaction even if you have the money in your account. Horrible customer service. DO NOT trust this bank with your money.

This is the worst financial institution that I have ever used. They will lie to their customers in order to get you to start an account with them, their atm never works, they are consistently rude from the branches up to the call center, they don't offer any overdraft protection, they hold all checks for over 2 weeks no matter how long you've been a member there, they even place holds on governmental checks/payroll checks and even cashier's checks. Their atm won't accept cash deposits, and they charge NSF fees multiple times for the same transactions. Therefore, I was charged $60 worth of NSF fees for a $3 monthly charge because I could not deposit cash in their atm after hours. Their website is constantly under repair so you can't online bank way too often and you cannot even view your account online during holidays. I have never had this kind of experience anywhere. I am appalled by their treatment of me. They've made it abundantly clear that it isn't their members who matter to them, but rather the money they can siphon instead. Please do yourself a favor and bank somewhere else!!!!

i open an account with aplus though the rv dealership we bought our camper through. When i went by to make my first payment they had both 30.06 and 30.07 signs at the front door. I have had a chl which is now a ltc for many years and asked why they do not like law abiding citizens entering their establishment they basically told me they do not believe in my 2nd amendment right and could care less about my safety. I am relocating my loan to rbfcu which is gun friendly and allows you to protect yourself in this crazy world.

Not ONE other customer in the bank, was told two different stories about their hat policy by two people 10 feet apart from each other. I've NEVER taken my baseball cap off there before and all of a sudden today the man at entrance says they will serve me and the teller says not with my cap on. It was in ZERO WAY blocking my face. And I looked DIRECTLY at the camera. I will be closing my account and opening a new one on Monday.

Its almost IMPOSSIBLE...to get anyone on the phone!!! Although the staff is just awesome in person...especially Kirsten and Shelby...but all the guys are great . If only they would answer the phone
