Worked with Brad on my first house closing. He and his team were great to work with. They were always responsive and openly communicated. We thought we would have a difficult time as we work as consultants and were told we have to hold the same job to get a mortgage, but Brad reassured us that is not the case. They also constantly followed up with us on the remaining items to ensure that the closing occurs at the allotted time. They helped us fill out all our paperwork and double/triple checked that there will not be any errors on their part or ours. I have worked with Neena and her team two times, originally for the initial mortgage on my home, and most recently with a refi. Both times the experience was excellent. The team is super communicative and helpful, and walked me through the process step-by-step. The website is totally user-friendly, so it was a breeze to send over the required documents, etc. As far as a mortgage origination process goes, this is as good as it gets.
