    November 24, 2021 my Credit Card was compromised and had to be replaced after waiting 2 weeks I had to go through a lot to find out why. The young lady that answered was very nice and was trying to help me when another lady interjected and said she would help me because the other NICE young lady was in training. I was inquiring about my card and why I was being charge a replacement fee for a card that was compromised and not lost. To make a long story short , I felt like I was getting the run around and the call ended in disgust and disappointment. this bothered me sooo much I called back on 12/14/21 to get a understanding as to why I was being charged, The lady listened to me and politely told me I was wrong and was not entitled to the credit, but would refer me to the credit department. The fee was credited back to my acct the same day. So that meant either she doesn't know her job or she lied. Once again it was eating at me and i was bothered by the conversation, so I call Mrs. AMY STACHURA whom I've know since I opened my acct in 1989 with 1st Advantage Federal Credit Union and is the reason I am still a MEMBER. Mrs. Stachura never waivered and has set the bar high for the other employees, she SHOWED me early on and EACH and EVERY TIME I have interacted with her how I am supposed to be talked to and treated as a MEMBER!!! Mrs. Stachura I am giving you the 5 Stars not the employee I spoke with.

    For 2 weeks now I’ve been unable to access my account information via phone or the mobile app! How many times are you all going to upgrade the technology system to only make it worse!!!!! There are always issues with this credit union and there is no one available to help when you need it! God forbid they have after hours support like any other bank! So here I am on a Saturday and Sunday with no way to possibly get the Information I need from my accounts, time start using this bank/credit union for what it’s worth, nothing.

    I see I need to switch banks/credit unions because I never seen any department get off from work without completing their job until today. Might as well offer jobs if it's that bad. How y'all just going to go home when people need their money, especially during a pandemic?????

    All the folks who work here are just great! They have taken the time to explain options and services and alerted me to upcoming promotions and been patient with my questions. Yes, it is inside the medical center on the first floor easily accessible from main and SCI entrances. ATM nearby and the bank has lots of convenient "in network" ATMs around the city and county. I am so glad I have banked here for over 10 years.

    I just called Customer Service about my Account and never got the information I inquired about. I just became a new member and based on that call, I'm ready to find a new Credit Union. Just horrible

    I have been calling for the past 2 days and no one answers just the automatic machine and it don’t give you the option to talk to a person that is not good business o Aldo will look into a credit union and bank thanks for nothing
