Convenient location but not very good customer service from the lady that works there. The man is faster and more personable. She doesn't appear to care about customers only about getting out of there early. She turned computer off way before closing time then refused to turn it on to load my card which caused me to be late making a payment. Explained my dilemma but she didn't care though.

The man sat at the window never spoke, I told him what I wanted and says it’s about. No! How much are your money orders? He has this attitude as if I’m bothering him because I needed 2 money orders. He very unprofessional. It was my first and last time visiting this establishment. I will NEVER come here again.

Walked in at 5:56PM to get my city sticker. There was 1 customer in front of me but I was told loudly "We're closed". I responded, "It's 5:56", to which I was told "We close at 5:45, all our reports have been done & our system is closed." I said "Your sign says 6:00PM, I'm here before that...I need to get a City Sticker." I was told again, "I'm sorry we're closed, come back tomorrow.", to which I responded "NO, I won't!" 1st visit... LAST visit... awful experience... Should NOT be in business...DON'T GO HERE!

Based on the store hrs. Its says they open fron 9am-6pm. Currently, its 9:05pm and they're still not open. I wonder who I can complain too about this terrible service.

Its been there for years. They have all the basic sercices. They also have a western union inside. They even bring in tax people during tax season. Pleanty of parking. ATM on the inside

I'm only rating it this low because they wanted to charge 3 dollars to fax one page, i typically carry card, when i asked if i could use that i was told yes,but it would be 6 dollars.

Never opens on time! I came here to get a money order before I went to work and no one is here. Everything I come they are late opening and early closing. A mess

The person with the facial hair he realy causes me out with my title work this is the best place to get your title exchange.
