Zions Bank South Ogden Harrison Blvd, Ogden

This Zion's Bank is really awesome. Their customer service is above and beyond what I am used to. Special shout out to David who was amazing to work with and so quick to help us out with something we needed. When I needed to go into the bank to sign some paperwork, they made all 3 of my kids happy and comfortable while we were there as well, which was so appreciated! I highly recommend this branch!

Apparently I had a negative balance in my checking account of $1.25. I was planning on closing the account and had transferred all of my funds to another bank. After a summer internship in Spain I went in to close the account. They informed me that my account had already been closed due to an up charge. A service fee hit my account and put me under a dollar twenty five. In three months I didn't receive a single email, phone call or letter about my negative balance. But they did send me to collections. I am very disappointed with Zions Bank.

Horrible. They are great if you want to be nickel and dimed to death with fees. Was told they wont accept 3rd party endorsed checks marked, "without recourse". So now it is impossible for me to deposit my insurance claim checks. The assistant manager didn't seem to care much. We will definitely be closing our accounts and moving banks. My kids did get a sucker though...so they have that going for them.

Have been using Zion's Bank on Harrison Blvd. in Ogden for a few years now. Go in about twice a month and they are awesome! Always friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them.

This is the best Zions location I’ve ever visited. Jason sets the example other branches should follow. CharRee, Kayleen, and Jake are all amazing as well. I go out of my way to have the experiance i receive from this location.

Awful. Max 2 tellers at a time. Wait times at lunch and after work are around 30 minutes. They closed the other branches so everyone goes here. Go elsewhere.
