Zions Bank Roy S 1900 W, Roy

The manager of the location is always extremely rude. If it wasn’t business related I would never step foot in that location again. Definitely need to check their management and hire some nicer people. I feel bad for the employees who work under them. The attitude is insane.

The manager Kathy was very unprofessional and rude, if it wasn’t business related i would never step foot inside of this branch. She needs to check her attitude for sure!

Unlike some other experiences reviewed here, I absolutely love this branch. They have always been SO kind and professional to me and my family. I have never had a significant wait outside of normal busy times in the 7 years I have been going to this branch. They have helped me with applying for loans, business accounts and personal needs. I am thrilled to have this branch as my home branch!

The whole branch in tellers are very incompetent. I tried to set up an automatic payment for my credit card coming out of a different bank and now I have a late fee in my account has delinquent because the tellers promised me after I verify three times with them that the payment was automatically come through. Now I called the customer service number and they told me they can't do anything about it because the account is delinquent (because of their mistake) they are unprofessional and rude. And very incompetent about what they are doing and the policies and procedures. They are very unprofessional . I am not happy and will not be banking with them much longer.

I will never do business with Zions bank again. They charge ridiculous fees for everything. They charge wanted to charge me to stop a payment that would have overdrafted my account. Even when I closed my account with them they told me they would reopen my account just to charge me the overdraft fee!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I absolutely HATE coming to this bank. Their customer service is awful and they make you jump through hops that none of the other Zions Banks do. They are rude and act like their customers are incompetent.

it's a bank, they suck sometimes. America's first is better though, to be honest.

Every time I go to this branch there is only 2 tellers working and only 1 person in the drive through and it is a 25 min literally experience just to make a deposit. Need to pick it up Roy branch...never going here again.

I will never go to this bank and try to open one at this bank they are very rude any other zions bank has very awesome staff these people were very rude

People are not so nice here, I find it was unprofessional the attitude I was given from one of the tellers, upon returning again I received the same bad treatment. Im going to the branch in South Ogden from now on
