Their lobby is closed you can't do anything but ATM at the moment. Wish we knew this before we decided it was a nice day for a 2-mile walk over to the bank...

Save your time, money, and sanity and just go somewhere else. I have only been with them for six weeks and have had nothing but issues. Service is communication is terrible. Extremely slow to do anything. I've tried to deposit checks twice and never receive a receipt even when requested - the teller just leaves from the window and never returns. It's a joke.

I normally don't comment on things but today I was so upset that I wanted to share my experience to other clients so they are aware and to make sure this does not happen to other people. My ex-husband went to this location last Friday to cash his check. Every two weeks he makes same transaction (get $1200 cash back). He gave me the money and I went to my bank to deposit the money. Surprise!!!!! One $100 dollar bill was FAKE! I could not believe this. My bank actually used a black pen and put the money in their machine and and it came back as "counterfeit". I called my ex-husband and he called Zions and was told that unfortunately, there was nothing they could because as soon as someone leaves the branch, they do not know what the client does with the money, EXCUSED ME?? Good thing it was only one bill and not the 12 he got. I always assumed bank check large bills, but I guess, they don't. I called the branch myself to meet with the manager but of course they were not available. I'll give everyone a suggestion, have the tellers mark all your bills and make sure you know they are not fake before you leave the branch, otherwise they can't do anything about it.

Haven’t been to a bank in person for a while but every staff member was so helpful and welcoming!

I am very appreciative for the help and support provided by this branch. The manager and tellers have become friends over the years and always treat my family and I with respect and care! Great customer service!!
