The guy that helped us, Scott, was very helpful. He did everything he could in his power to get us a great deal. He knew a lot about the vehicle and he was very kind to explain to us how to work the car. Also, Boomer was of great help as well with the explanation of the numbers. Overall we felt very welcomed and we are very happy with our car.

I had an appointment to look at a car and they were very thorough at showing the car. I went specifically looking for a manual transmission and they didn't have the model on the lot. They looked all day for the car I wanted and helped make sure it was everything I wanted. Now I'm the proud owner of a 2019 Kia Soul. Thanks guys!

*Edit* The issue was resolved, Derreck is always exceptionally kind to me, and always takes care of my needs. The GM also reached out to me, and he was very professional and kind to me. I take back my original 3 star review and I’ll proudly bump back up to 5 stars. Phenomenal management at Young Kia. I’ve leased/purchased 4 vehicles from this establishment. The only reason I’m giving it 3 stars, is because Derek has been phenomenal to deal with. Other than that, the sales team falls short. I paid for heated seats to be installed in my truck. Waited for a call that was promised to set the appointment. (I figured it wouldn’t be right away, since they outsource the installs). Waited.... two weeks go by, so my wife calls.... the salesmen emails is a paper, made it sound like it had to be filled out right away that day, so we did. 2 more weeks go by.... I finally call, told to bring it in the following Wednesday, I said sure, I pushed my other appointments I had that day, took my wife to work, drove from Ogden to Layton, show up, and the service department t had the deer in a head light look. So they call their 3rd party guy, and told me to keep my truck there for a day and a half. Wanted me to fill out paperwork on a loaner car, telling me I’m responsible for every little damage that occurs. I am not cool with that, considering I’ve been waiting a month just to get it installed. Winter time is almost over, so I’ll just pass and get a refund. I don’t think I’m going to purchase from here again, which is to bad, considering I’ve been a customer for 10 years. Just like any place that pays commission, once they get the check cut, the salesmen do not follow through with their obligations. Why should they? They already got paid for it. This caused a huge inconvenience for me, wasted gas, time, and energy.
