Xceed Financial Credit Union W Main St, Webster

I love this branch. Im always satisfied they are quick and efficient. I have done a lot of business there and never once had I had any issues.

Exceed Webster branch has been outstanding to deal with. I have both personal and business accounts with them and they are always very responsive and helpful.

This credit union has dropped hours--it used to have weekend hours, and doesn't anymore. About what you'd expect from Xerox these days. It also closes super early for holidays--pulled in at 3:30 pm as the bank staff were walking out on NYE and one employee just hollered, "We closed at 3" as he walked by me. Thanks for not letting me walk up, but damn that's a little rude. Lack of ATMs in town. Very disappointing credit union to work with.

Apparently they have a policy of charging $5 a month for account balances below $250. This is highly unethical! It means that if you have a small deposit--they will deplete your account to nothing and then close it out. If they don't want to manage small accounts they should return your deposit so that you can take your business elsewhere. What they are doing now amounts to nothing more than stealing! There should be a law against this type of business practice!

Just got an auto loan at a great rate. Got a discount for auto pay...nobody does that. Marisa and the rest of the Xceed team are the best.
