    I missed placed my card so I called to get a new one, I wasn’t informed from the worker they would be charging me $6.00. I’ve been with this credit union for years and only had to replace my card one other time because it would no longer read in stores. A few months ago I was with my mom and she was at the window a lady worker was helping her then apparently that worker was taking to long when the assistant manager came up and told my mom she had to pull around. My mom was like are you serious the lady said yes I’m the assistant manager, do they not realize people go to the window to not have to pull forward. My mom did but wasn’t very happy after that I was deciding if I should close my account because of her rudeness and they was she spoke to my mom, I never did but now I will definitely be switching. I know plenty of other credit unions who don’t charge for a replacement card no matter how many times the customer needs one replaced.

When this happens, we'll certainly make sure you're taken care of; this is just an efficient way to make sure we can serve as many members as possible. Card replacement fees are assessed to account for the cost and time it takes to create cards, though this fee is waived in instances of fraud, when a card is automatically renewed, or if we haven't replaced a card within the last 12 months. We apologize if this wasn't shared with you during our recent phone conversation.     I am a customer from another credit union, so I go to WSECU as a co-op member. The staff is always helpful and smiling. They never give me a hassle that I'm from another Credit Union. They treat me with respect and I'm in and out in a timely fashion. Thanks.

    Went in today to try to deposit a check. From the moment the associate opened the door, we felt like we were bothering her. Throughout the short time we were in the lobby, the associate was very passive aggressive. I'm not sure if she was upset she had to help while the other associates were congregating and talking, but I'm sorry I bothered you at your job where you should be demonstrating exceptional customer service. Definitely not going to bank with them in the future.

    This credit union is so much better than banking with corporate banks ( Bank of America, Wells Fargo etc). Incredible customer service, great banking services. Love doing business here Only 5 stars rating I have given but this place deserves it.

    Worst attitude and helpfulness I've ever encountered. Asked my wife to take care of a car payment and they turned a simple task into a monumental pain in the ass. If you can avoid taking any type of loan from this Bank most of all this location. Also thier procedural policies make it very hard for any spouse to do literally anything, no joke. Couldn't even confirm the last few exact cents due for the payment. As a busy working husband don't use this Bank.

    The wait is Ridiculous Long! Can easily have you waiting for (45min- 1hr) to make a simple payment . Really Frustrating!!

    Credit Union sucks. Have to go inside if not their member. Then you have to write down your acct numbwr even tho you show card. Then have to write ssn down. Cant do drive thru
