nice low rate, horrible about sending out bills, an example if you have a car loan through them and let say the loan is due on 12 nov, they don't send the bill out till Dec 12. a month late. and that is policy not an accident.

3rd time in a row on different days at the Springfield location on Bechtel Avenue (during business hours) that the ATM did not have cash to fulfill my withdraw. They need to refill the ATM machines more frequently. No point in having an outdoor ATM if it can't be used.

I have heard nightmares about the loan processing, and I dealt wirh it personally it is a nightmare. No communication have to be a pest snd I don’t like that. They are still getting paid regardless if deal falls through or not always remember they don’t bend backwards!

My husband and I will never use them for our mortgage loans, ever again. Our originator dropped the ball several times and her assistant threw her under the bus. Her consistent lack of communication led to us being on the verge of homelessness, and had 1 day to move all of our belongings. Truly one of the worst mortgage lending processes we have ever gone through. Highly do not recommend. Go anywhere else.

Shouldn’t take an hour to do your banking. If the inside is closed, learn to better expedite the drive thru experience. This is absolutely absurd to deal with every week!

I hate our Springfield branch. It is always so busy because they only have 2-3 tellers inside at their busy times. Let's get real, we need at least 4 anytime after 5. And they always take FOREVER. You would think in order to accommodate the outer electronic tellers plus the tellers on the inside you would have like 6 tellers working in the evenings. I'm here now and there's only 2 tellers inside. Really?

They are right on top of security for u they try their best to keep ur account safe. I’ve never been sore for switching from PNC. Where they cashed a check for $10,000.00 without verifying it. And then 2 more checks equaling $8,000.00 each were gonna be cashed on my account without verifying the money was in my account or that I had written them.

First of all, this rating is for this bank in particular, not that you were unhappy with WPCU's automated phone system. The bank is brand new, as they just built this and moved from down the road. They have drive up windows that look like an ATM, but you interact with a real person. The reason I gave this bank a three is because although they are very nice, they are SLOW if you go inside. Usually there is a huge line and it takes longer than you think it would to get thru it, even though there are many people working.

Great banking institution that offers a variety of helpful financial services! Would love to see another go up in the Springfield area! Hopefully it would help with the long lines and congested parking lot full of angry horn honking grouchy customers.
