    Called for payoff. Was given the amount and they drafted out of the bank. Two weeks later, still no title release. Needed it ASAP as we had a buyer for the car. Called back. They had not released it because there was a .70 balance. They were responsible for quoting a 10 day payoff and screwed that up. Went to this location for the Lien release, and even though we made an appointment, only let one of us in the bank, even with masks. They couldn’t be more difficult to deal with if they tried.

    Excellent place for checking and savings accounts. They actually keep an eye out for unusual changes with bank card and notify you for authorization or report fraudulent charge. Will go nowhere else

    My husband and I have been with WPCU since 2014 with our auto loan. Up until today, I have been nothing but satisfied with customer service, willingness to work with us when we are struggling. Today everything changed for us and I CANNOT WAIT to be done with you. We switched our auto insurance to bundle with our home insurance policy. We get a letter from WPCU with a website to go to in order to verify our insurance. If we didn’t do this, we would be given insurance added into our loan. No big deal—I verified through that website and have the confirmation email. I have been making payments consistently for years. We have recently been behind due to multiple circumstances. I had surgery in April and my brother died in May. We called to attempt to do the skip a pay and were told no because we were already late for that month. Asked what options we had, given nothing. We have been multiple months behind before and have always been given the “no worries, pay what you can, we will note it on the account.” Fast forward to today. 1 month behind. 1 MONTH. My husband gets home from work and our car is gone. Call customer service, she’s the rudest person we’ve ever dealt with. Ultimately we are told that they never received the insurance verification, even though we have the confirmation email. So they charged us $955 for insurance (that we already have and have already verified as requested by you) which ultimately increased our monthly payment. Never sent any documentation that our payment increased. No documentation that insurance verification wasn’t received and they were charging us for insurance. So now, on top of repossessing the vehicle for an insurance screw up on YOUR part.. we now have to pay extra fees that will be added to our loan? Unacceptable. I will be going into a branch to get this taken care of this week but I will never ever again go through WPCU for any financial needs and I will never recommenced anyone to this place.

    On 04/10/19 I went in to the Springboro location to deposit a check that I normally deposit about 4 times a year. I requested to see the manager to make sure my funds clear before the 15. From the get go the manager assumed I have a fraudulent check,so she called the bank to verify the check as a cashier check. I had to corect her that that’s a business check not a cashier check funds and the bank told her the funds were available. Then she contacted teller at the main office because everything was done electronically at this location, then the teller asked her if she verified my ID. she replied and and said “I did but I didn’t “ making it sound in a way That she is still suspicious. I have been a member with WPCU for a long time. For someone to judge me in that way, talk down to me and disrespect me in that manner is not okay and not acceptable. Even though this location is a minute from my house, I would rather make that extra trip then to have someone mistreat me. I ended up going to the location by the Dayton mall where everything was handled professionally and taking care of without any difficulties.

    I am a customer. I ordinary love their services. But this I have against them. I had one simple yes or no answer question but their automated phone system made it impossible to speak with anyone. I didn't have time to opt for them to call me back on their time, which seems more important than my time. Please add another option like, Press zero to speak with a real person. I thought most companies fixed that years ago. Apparently not. Disappointed.

    Never going back to this location. Took five times longer to do my normal transactions. While the live on screen teller was pleasant to talk to the whole process is lengthy not to mention embarrassing. Take note Wright Patt that if you go to this system at all your locations I will switch banks.

    Trying to call just now and waited over 5 minutes. hung up. I just want to talk to a live person which calling is close to a NO. There is no prompt to talk to someone live. I just wanted to order a new debit card. :(

    There is no reason this local bank should filter all calls to a call center that takes hours to call back....just allow people to call a branch to ask a simple question. When you do call back it rings one time and hangs up. Please try to do better

    Waited 10 min for a live teller. I ended up driving away. I miss having tellers at branches. Maybe use part of the 8 million you give back to hire tellers.
