When we opened our business we wanted a bank that offered great customer service and had “small town charm”. Worthington Bank offers us that and much much more. When I call, I get an actual person not a recording. If I need something my needs are met very promptly. The loan officers are extremely knowledgeable and were a tremendous help with the PPP loans. Their involvement in the community is outstanding. We have established great working relationships with Worthington over the years. We hope to close many more deals over the years and still maintain a relationship with the staff and loan officers.

Worthington Bank was recommended to me by a friend. I had been with a "big box" bank for years. I switched banks to Worthington and have been wowed by the small town feel and the great service! They answer the phone and answer questions and solve issues when needed! Amazing. I would recommend Worthington if you are looking for a personal bank.

Stephanie at the Colleyville branch is awesome. She helped me resolve an issue with my debit card. She was very friendly, professional and timely in getting resolution. Everyone is great at this bank.

Not sure why, but the older teller Laura mentioned that a client in the drive thru had a black husband. I'm unsure why this was considered professional or friendly whatsoever. Since these reviews haven't been updated in 4 years I felt the need to update the times and expectations of what kind of service is offered here. It seems they can't keep any new people here and after this experience I can see why. Who cares and why is it your business to share someone else's personal life over teller line chatter. Really jarring and I won't be back. Ever.
