World Finance Mc Cart Ave, Fort Worth

I have had a loan with world finance for several month's now and they have always helped me with a smile on their face, the staff has always been friendly and has answered any questions I have. They go through the process so that I can understand everything and they dont rush and are always very helpful. I love the payments are once a month and they are understanding.

Horrible customer service. Isamar has messed up on my account multiple times. Called the customer service number rep told me I would get a call from district manager in 24 hrs but I never received a call. I will never do business with world loans again.

The staff at World Finance on McCart Street in Fort Worth is absolutely the best. The management team is the professional and caring. I've been a customer with World Finance for four years. Great place. Nice people. Went to so many places and they were they only ones who approved me. Got the loan the same day of the approval! Love them.

Did my taxes on 2019 and they did them worng my taxes got hold back 4 month. When call and ask a question never know the answer and always say the manager will get back with you and then the manager doesn't even know. Bad customer service!!!!
