I recently went to this location and I must say that the representative didn’t secure customers information. She walked away from her desk with all customers SSN’s expose on her screen. That’s a violation on many levels. I wanted to tell her on the low because other reps were in the location. Didn’t want them to hear. Because that putting her on blast in front every one . I should have wrote it down and told her

I would NEVER EVER use their services again. If you know what's good for you do not birrow from this location... And if you can help it don't borrow from the company either. I borrowed from world finance twice, but two different locations. The representatives at the other location were a little more professional. But the location on Flakes Mill! DONT DO IT. I borrowed a second time, but used this facility. There is a man that works there (can't recall his name) but he's nice... I guess they all are when you pay on time. I have been paying on time faithfully every month. The 2 months I fell behind were this one and last month, because I lost my job. However I still paid. I received a call from a private number from world finance. An "Angela" was on the other end. Despite my apologies for not having the money and asking if they could hold on until the end of this week, she was very rude and unprofessional. She kept saying how she can't keep holding off my payment and I should reapply or restart my loan. Neeeever again. I would NEEEVER borrow from you all again. Plasma donations are always free, before ever borrow from this location again.

I got my loan in a timely manner the staff was very helpful.
